Pre-Engineered Metal Building Systems A&S Building Systems LP was founded in 1958 in Houston, Texas as a fabricator of grain storage bins and soon expanded into the design and fabrication of pre-engineered metal building systems. A&S was acquired by NCI Building Systems LP, a metal building conglomerate and a dynamic group was initiated. NCI Building Systems gave A&S the support, both financial and managerial, that enable A&S to become the leader in the pre-engineered metal building industry it is today. A&S Building Systems LP market its building systems through an authorized builder organization backed by a builder support program unsurpassed in the industry. A&S Building Systems has been awarded certification by the American Institute of Steel Construction Inc., or AISC, in the MB (Metal Building) category. The rigorous testing process of the AISC allows for "worry-free" decision making on the customer's part. When one selects a manufacturer that has been certified by the AISC, a confidence that he is teaming up with the industry's best is verified.
